Daily coffee ritual.
Dear reader, dear food lover.
I thought I’d share one of my daily rituals - to make freshly brewed coffee on my V60 coffee equipment from Hario. For this I am using a V60 drip kettle, Buono, dripper and a range server. I bought the coffee at Kent Kaffe Laboratorium in Copenhagen. Go there if you’re visiting - one of my favourite coffee spots in the city in addition to Coffee Collective. I find it important to also use a cup of one’s wish. In this case my favourite cup from the Finnish producer Arabia suited fine for this daily ritual.
Not completely boiled. I know my kettle well, so it’s best for the coffee if the water is taken just before it’s brought to the boil.
